Susan is speaking both days of the Infinite Mind Healing Together 3rd Annual Conference as well as leading morning yoga sessions for participants. This conference is unique as it is designed by and for DID survivors as well as those who treat them.  Here is a description of the two workshops she will be presenting.

Yogic Modalities for Healing PTSD (Saturday afternoon)

This workshop explores how the three facets of yoga: postures, breathwork and philosophy
effectively reduce and sometimes eliminate the negative effects of extreme abuse and stress.
Each of these facets will be linked to emerging neuroscience research and tips will be given
about best practices based on setting and training level of the practitioner.
The audience will be asked to not only involve their mind but their whole body in this experiential workshop.

Come prepared to move, breathe and relax!

The Effects of Abuse and Trauma on Developing Children: Implications for Treatment
(Sunday afternoon)

This workshop will share latest findings in neuroscience, epigenetics and health and discuss
the changing paradigm for therapists confronted with these issues in psychotherapy and other
treatment settings, laying out best practices and promising modalities for working with children
and youth. If you have ever been stuck in a treatment impasse with a traumatized youth or
system, this workshop will help you gain the momentum you need to move forward in your
work with joy and powerful effectiveness. Along the way you may also gain some new tools for
reducing stress in your own body/mind!

Note:  You must register for the conference to attend.  Click here to register and for more info.
