Susan is bring her Trauma Tool Kit 14 hour study class into a weekend experience in her house in beautiful Portland, Oregon. This weekend is designed to be an intensive journey into healing in a beautiful and supported environment. Reading The Trauma Tool Kit: Healing PTSD From the Inside Out is not required but is recommended.
Together we will explore healing through all the yogic dimensions of the human being: physical, energetic, cognitive mind, wisdom and through flow activities. It will be a mix of psychoeducation and experiential modalities infused with Susan’s characteristic humor and compassion.
