TTK SUPPORT GROUP
You asked for it and here it is! This group is a monthly place to touch base for those people that have completed the Trauma Tool Kit Book Club. Now you can keep the ball of healing rolling with likeminded folks. We will discuss, play, question, talk story and support each other in our healing from PTSD and traumatic stress. This is NOT a psychotherapy group.
Caution: You may have fun.
Class is first come, first served and is a drop-in format.
When: 2nd Monday of every month starting September 14th.
